A Note on the Polynomial Form of Boolean Functions and Related Topics

ÐThis note relates to a recently published partly tutorial article that presents some discussion of the polynomial form of Boolean functions and its applications based on the literature published in English and German. We show that a lot of the research in this area has also been done in Eastern Europe, and this note aims to present these unknown developments. The most recent work in this area is also described.
